Our new hires are incubated in our central office in Blantyre, Malawi, Africa, but we also supervise and onboard hires in Belgrade, London, New York, and Johannesburg. Our goal is to provide hands-off remote talent solutions to companies in need of top-tier tech talent.

Our Onboarding Process

Candidate Search

We begin by hopping on a call with you to grasp the job and your company better. We recognise that each position and company is distinct and needs a bespoke approach. Werkix finds top recruits who share your vision, culture, and values. Our goal is to find people who are enthusiastic about working with you.

Screening

We will then conduct our rigorous screening process and assemble a list of candidates to ensure each is ready to work remotely.

Interviews

Our two-step interview process begins with an internal interview followed by a meeting with the client. This guarantees that you're content with the candidate's compatibility before proceeding. Our team evaluates a candidate's soft skills, motivation, career goals, English language proficiency, and feedback from previous colleagues before hiring. We also verify their standard employment references.

Incubation

For new hires there is a hand holding period where we introduce and welcome them to the company. We also ensure they know how to use any proprietary tools before they start work. Individuals are trained on office etiquette and Werkix will provide upskilling on certain technical skills if required.

Training

Once settled in, new hires are provided with the tools and resources to consistently and effectively perform their roles. We will also take care of contracts and payments to make sure they feel secure in their new environment.

Monitoring

To ensure tasks are completed on time and quality standards are upheld, hires work under the supervision of a team leader and specialized monitoring software.
